I have been cooking for almost 30 years. Its the scent of fresh basil, the intense blush of a tomato still on its vine, the textures of the mustard seeds that pop in the frying pan that have kept me in the kitchen for so many years.

My philosophy is simple - always use natural and seasonal foods. I'll never forget the wise words from a Buddhist monk - organic food may be more expensive - but all we need to do is eat less and waste not.

- Ciro Molinaro

The restaurant was built around the idea that you would sit and eat in Ciro's kitchen, watching your food being prepared.

Ciro's restaurant, La Cucina di Ciro means "The Kitchen of Ciro". It is situated at no 43 7th Ave, Parktown North. Come dine in class while enjoying the buzz, sitting in Ciro's kitchen. High ceilings echo happy voices. Cozy in winter, with tables and chairs on the sidewalk of a tree-lined side street in summer.
